Moving to Minneapolis

Sorry for the delay in writing but I have been quite busy moving to the old US of A. We have moved to Twin Cities, Minneapolis Saint Paul in Minnesota for hopefully the next 3 years. Of course we will continue to write posts and articles about traveling but the only difference is that we will be based in the Twin City area.

We are excited about being in the states and look forward to this adventure. We understand that moving away from friends and family can be extremely difficult but we should be ok, we are travellers right?

Being a traveller and visiting places around the world is easy because there is always that place in your heart where you can go back to anytime and visit your friends and family. Settling in one place is different because unless you are freelance you cannot simply get up and go visit family.

We have been in Minneapolis for over 12 weeks now and are thoroughly enjoying the place, the people are super friendly and the lifestyle is great, safe and easy, well at least for me anyway.

We decided to move down town so that we felt a sense of being in a big city as opposed to living in the suburbs and not being around people. Seeing people walking on the street might not seem much but me and Aleja this is a big deal as we both come from busy places and not a place where everyone is either in a building or in a car.

Traveling has always been a major hobby for me and especially visiting the world’s major events and whilst this be limited to major major events it won’t be stopping anytime soon.

My plan is travel more within the USA and central America in the next 3 years and hopefully I can bring you more blog posts of locations and events.
